Sake Day 2022

SAKE DAY in San Francisco is the largest and longest-standing Nihonshu no Hi sake celebration outside of Japan and is sponsored by True Sake. See below the sake that we will be showcasing at the event.

Nihonsakari

Nihonsakari is a sake brewery located in Nishinomiya, Hyogo. They sell a variety of sake, including a series of 200 ml bottles perfect for a nice evening.

As a pledge to commemorate their 120th year since inception, Nihonsakari has released a new official slogan: “Even more delicious, even more beautiful.”

Clip Creative (HIS USA)

Clip Creative and HIS USA have partnered with various sake breweries to create KEG Draft SAKE, which is sake that has been made without pasteurization during the production process and then filled into a keg and served while refrigerated.

Previously only available through sake breweries, this draft sake allows consumers to enjoy "fresh squeezed sake". It provides a freshness like that of freshly harvested fruit.
